This service is for persons who have a new computer that they  want setup but 'do not' have an old computer they need information from.

New Computer Setup Basic includes:

1. Install Security Program

2. Add Shortcuts to Desktop

3. Install Printer/Scanner software

4. Install MS Office if client has purchased.

5. Adjust settings to make easier for client to use

6. Adjust screen background and screen saver

7. Review basics with customer such as restarting, shutting down, checking status of security.

8. Since many clients have lots of questions for first couple weeks after they have a new computer this package also includes free remote support for 14 days from day I first work on new computer.
